Prior to joining Consultive, Pim gained deep knowledge in the Banking & Insurance sector, where he held several sales executive positions such as at ING Bank (National Sales Director Mortgage) and Nationale Nederlanden (National Sales Director). Pim currently chairs the CFO and CHRO branch of the Executive’s Global Network (EGN) Netherlands.

Pim studied at Nijenrode University (Breukelen). He followed various courses at the AEGON and ING business schools. Pim studied business administration at IBO business school.
